The goal of carbon neutralization and carbon peak has brought profound impact and change to new energy product manufacturing and construction enterprises.

First, let enterprises know themselves again. Under the dual carbon goal, new energy, especially photovoltaic, will exist as the main power supply, and the development prospect of the industry and enterprises is bright.

Second, enterprises have great responsibilities. In the future, photovoltaic as the main power supply, how to better support the completion of the new power system? How to play the role of photovoltaic enterprises on the power generation side and consumption side? These are urgent problems to be considered.

Third, change the perspective of thinking. In the past, it was more from the power generation side to think about how to improve the proportion of clean energy. The double carbon goal requires us to think more from the perspective of "carbon" and help different regions and industries achieve decarbonization, which is both an opportunity and a challenge.

We will develop solutions suitable for our region and industry according to regional and industrial characteristics. For example, according to different resource endowments and different power and energy composition structures in various regions, promote solutions such as photovoltaic environmental governance and ecological restoration according to local conditions. Combine with the production processes of mining, chemical and other industries to help them find better decarbonization schemes.

The goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization bring dual significance to the energy industry. First, the significance of transformation, from traditional energy to new energy, from high-carbon energy to low-carbon energy and green energy. Second, the leading role. The double carbon goal proposed by China will lead the development of green energy in the world, which is of great significance to building a community with a shared future for mankind.

At present, the development of technology and equipment in China's new energy industry is at an advanced or even leading level. In 2020, the proportion of new energy in primary energy consumption will reach 15%, which is expected to be higher than 20% in 2030. In the next step, we should make a timetable and road map and steadily promote the dual carbon goal.

But at the same time, new energy power has volatility and instability, and low-carbon is a test for power grid consumption. GCL is also trying to participate in the construction of new power grid and construction demonstration projects, doing "source network load storage", so that the consumption of new energy is more than 50%. In terms of deep adjustment and transformation of coal and electricity, the original adjustment range was 50% - 100%, now it can reach 30%, and the deeper adjustment can reach 20%. Coupled with the development of energy storage technology, the problem of new energy consumption will be gradually solved.

Opportunities and challenges coexist in the new energy industry. The growth of China's new energy industry is promoted by private enterprises. Although the average volume of the project is small, it is "a little makes a lot", and offers the strength of the mainstay with the potential of gathering sand into a tower. The goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization are new topics for us. We are constantly exploring in this "big test", and the double carbon goal also breeds a good opportunity.

At present, all industries have begun to practice the double carbon goal. We can't ignore high-quality development. For example, the photovoltaic market is developing in full swing, but the total installed amount accounts for less than 5% of the market stock, and the total market amount of industrial and commercial roof distributed photovoltaic projects accounts for less than 1%, with great development potential. The project cannot be forcibly intervened by administrative means, but should be upgraded from the production and consumption sides at the same time. In this regard, we also need to fully integrate industry, University and research from the aspects of market, society, education, finance and society, give full play to our initiative, mobilize more forward-looking and innovative private enterprises, and help achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization as soon as possible.

Xixian new area is the Seventh National New Area approved by the State Council and the first national new area with the theme of innovative urban development. At the beginning of its establishment in 2014, local smog weather occurred frequently. After exploring different clean heating technologies, the middle and deep geothermal energy non-interference clean heating technology was finally determined. Starting from 50000 square meters of heating, it has expanded to more than 1.5 million square meters of building cooling and heating in 2019. It is expected that by the end of this year, it will provide 20 million square meters of clean heating area and reduce 840000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. The whole process does not draw any groundwater, burn a ton of coal or burn a square of gas.

The non-interference clean heating technology of middle and deep geothermal energy has been successfully commercialized. At present, it has more than 30 patents, moving from Shaanxi to Henan, Hebei and other regions. Compared with the fourth generation heating clean technology in northern Europe, the technical energy efficiency is better. Under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, we will continuously refine comprehensive services through technology research and development. With the continuous deepening of technology, new energy can also embrace traditional energy.
